Converted Students:  As per owners written code.  If no code is on file, they will need to match their age group’s code

Girls under 16:

• • • Skirt or shorts, at least 4 inches above the knee. measured while kneeling on a wooden floor.
    • White, gray or plaid socks that are at least 8 inches above the ankle.  Black or red silk stockings may be worn. Fishnet stockings of any color may be worn. Stockings must be secured via a garter and should not extend past the skirt’s bottom edge.  Pantyhose may not be worn.
    • Black, brown, red or white shoes or boots.   Footwear should not clash with the other clothing.
    • Armpit hair must be removed.
    • Legs must be kept hair free at all times.
    • White or light blue smock or shirt. Must not clash with the skirt or shorts. The bottom of the throat must be visible.
    • Lace Panties.  May not clash with stocking and garters
    • For girls with a cup size larger than C, a bra may be worn.  It must match the panties and must be front opening.
    • Cheerleader or Pep Club uniform may be worn at any time.

Any problems with this?

    • Cheerleader or Pep Club uniform may be worn at any time.

Demerits and violations.

• • Each item of clothing that does not fit the dress code is a single demerit.
  • Possession of smoking materials or electronic cigarettes.  Each item is a demerit.
  • Failure to cheerfully obey instructions from staff or faculty.
  • Failure to be at your assigned place at the correct time.
  • Failure to keep a neat and orderly appearance.
  • Failure to keep school locker, desk or lab area neat and orderly.
  • Three demerits is a violation.
• Violations
  • Possession of illegal drugs or paraphernalia.
  • Having a less than passing grade in a core class is a violation.
  • Missing more than 3 class periods with out proper authority.
• Punishments:
  • Demerits may be worked off via agreement with the issuing staff or faculty
  • Violations will result in 3 days of post school suspension, of at least 3, but no more than 5 hours.
  • 5 violations will result in an appearance before the conversion board for evaluation of the charges before a conversion order is issued.

I don’t like this.  It’s way too forgiving.  Does the federal law says you have to have both demerits and Violations?

Well, I think that if we are going that far we should include merits so students can work off demerits before they hit five of them.

What gives merits?

Academic excellence  , for example.

What about an expansion of the “suck for grades” policy many of you have.  Make it official and can be done for merits instead of just for grades.

OK, so for merits, we will have Academic excellence, oral sex and corporal punishment, all at the control of the staff.  No, wait, faculty, not staff.  I don’t want girls getting merits for blowing the janitors.

Does faculty include the coaches?  Because if it does we have a problem.  I know that the cheerleaders blow the coach about as often as they blow the team.  And I really don’t want cheerleaders, as a group, to become demerit proof for just doing what they do any way.

Well what about your girls.  The “Mistress in training”.  They are demerit proof just for taking you class.

And what happens if some one fails English?  They take it again.  A girls fails Mistress Training and they become a slave.  By law.  Actually at least 20% become slaves regardless, again, by law.  More Mistress trainees become slaves than any other similar size group of students.  We just converted 10 students and that was for the whole of the first half of the summer semester and was from the whole school, with what, a little over a 700 female students?   My class of 16 girls is going to have roughly 4 conversions, based on grades and 3 even if, by some miracle  the bottom 4 pull it out and pass the class.  How many of the cheerleaders squad are going to be converted because they are cheerleaders?

I didn’t know about the conversions by law, I just thought you liked converting failing students.

I do, but that isn’t the point.  Even if I didn’t like to convert a failing student, I don’t have a choice.  It’s not just a good idea to convert a failing mistress, it’s the law.

Fine.  Coaches can’t give merits to students that they aren’t the coach of, so the cheerleader coach can give a cheerleader a merit,  but not the football coach.

Well what about saying that just the teacher of a student can give out merits or demerits.
